The licenses are issued in three forms:
Student licences (single machine) £30
Teacher licences (single machine) £50
School site licence (any machine based at the establishment) £150

Note for Schools and Colleges in UK and Ireland:
The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) and the Institute of Physics (IoP) have jointly sponsored the Virtual Physical Laboratory for use in schools and colleges of higher education in the UK & ROI. Teachers and lecturers in these two countries may obtain a complimentary copy of the software by attending one of the training events organised by the IoP or the NPL. To find details of the nearest training event to you, please contact gary.williams@iop.org. The version of the Virtual Physical Laboratory distributed by the NPL and the IoP, although still copyright, is licensed to be installed on school or college servers for multi-user access in the UK and ROI only.
